  • How do I take credit cards?

    Settings > Take Credit Cards

    Click the connect to Stripe button.

    You will be taken to the Stripe website to complete your setup and link you Stripe account to Pay-Mow.

    You will need the following:

    • EIN or SSN number
    • Bank account for deposits
    • Photo ID
    • Link to your website or Facebook page

    If you don’t have a website or Facebook page, you can use your Pay-Mow website.

  • How do I see where my techs have been?

    This requires techs to use the mobile tech tool for routes, appointments or clocking in and out with the mobile time clock.

  • How do I schedule a job?

    Once an estimate has been approved, you can schedule the job on the calendar.

    Simply drag the job to the day that you want to perform the work.

    Assign a crew member to the job.

    The job will appear on the Mobile Tech Tool schedule.

  • How do I create an estimate?

    Option 1: In System Estimates

    • Go to the Customer
    • Create New Estimate

    Add line items to the estimate

    Add Options to the estimate

    After you send the estimate, the customer can pay if you have credit cards setup.

    You can also see if the estimate has been viewed.

    You can manually approve an estimate if you receive a check for the job. This is done so that you can schedule the job.

    Invoices will automatically be created.

    Option 2: Use Pay-Mow AI Assistant

    Send a text message to the Pay-Mow number.

    Create a new estimate for John Smith’s driveway project. Remove existing concrete and replace it with Premier Pavers Oasis in a running bond pattern. Total cost: $6,500. Add an option for a 4×8 trash pad for $800.

  • How do I connect Pay-Mow to my QuickBooks account?

    Go to Settings > Quickbooks

    Login with your Quickbooks online account.

    You are now connected to QuickBooks

    You can import your customers and decide what information you want to sync with Quickbooks.

  • Where do I see employee hours?

    You can see all employee hours by date range on the employee console.

    You can also edit and override hours by employee.

    You can also see the location where the clock-in occurred.

  • How do employees clock in and out?

    They will need the mobile tech tool. On the Employees screen, send the employee the link to their very one tech tool.

    They must have a phone number associated with their user and it can not be shared.

    They will receive this text message.

    When they click on the link, they will see the following.

    They can now clock in and out of work.

  • How do I setup my routes?

    Option 1: On the Customer

    You can setup service day, assigned tech, and frequency, by service address on the Customer Detail screen. Scroll down to service addresses.

    Option 2: Using the Route Tool

    Configure your route settings

    Pick a service tech and drag the customer to the day you want to service them on.
