Navigation in Pay-Mow

1. Where can I find all the main tools and features?

All the main modules are located in the left sidebar under the “APPS” section. This includes:

  • Home
  • Quick Start
  • Customers
  • CRM
  • Routes
  • Tech Service Map
  • Employee Hours
  • Billing & Payments
  • Receipts & Expenses
  • Fleet & Equipment
  • Products
  • Calendar

2. How do I search for something quickly?

Use the Global Search bar at the top center of the dashboard. Just type what you’re looking for (e.g., a customer name, invoice, route), and relevant results will appear.

3. How can I switch between light and dark mode?

Click the sun icon (☀️) near the top-right corner of the screen. It will toggle the interface between Light and Dark Mode.

4. Where can I change my personal or business settings?

Click the gear icon (⚙️) in the upper-right corner to access your Settings.

5. What does the AI Assistant do?

Click the AI icon (represented by a hexagon with a sparkle inside) to access the AI Assistant, which can help answer questions, automate tasks, and guide you through using Pay-Mow.

6. How do I view help documents or contact support?

At the bottom of the left sidebar, under Documentation, you’ll find links to:

  • Help Guides
  • Contact Support

7. Can I collapse the sidebar to save space?

Yes, click “Collapsed View” at the bottom of the sidebar to toggle the sidebar into a minimized state.
